CDM 1: Introduction to CDM for CSRs

IndEco will be providing the instruction for the Mearie course for customer service representatives. The information presented in the course will allow the participants to effectively answer customers' questions regarding conservation and demand management (CDM) and CDM programs currently being implemented by electricity distribution companies in Ontario.

The next offering of the course will be September 22, 2010.

The Introduction to CDM for CSRs is one of seven courses being offered by Mearie that IndEco staff will be leading. Participants that successfully complete all seven CDM based training courses will be eligible for a MEARIE CDM Specialist Certificate.
